At this year's "The San Francisco International Wine Competition 2013," wines of the Zvonko Bogdan Winery once again confirmed its quality and achieved remarkable results. No.1 Cuvee 2010 won the gold medal for quality, wines Sauvignon Blanc 2012, Pinot Blanc 2012, and the Život teče 2010 won the silver medal while the bronze medal was awarded to the Rose 2012 wine.

The international Wine Competition in San Francisco has been held every year since its establishment back in 1980, and is one of the most influential and prestigious competitions in America. This year more than 4,500 wines from almost all countries around the world were sent for assessment. Evaluation based on the so-called "Blind tasting" was entrusted to the expert jury consisting of a large number of editors of journals in the field of wine culture, sommeliers and wine experts. Every year bronze, silver and gold medals are awarded, and in particular the "Best of Show" is awarded to wines that are declared best in each category.
